1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rebeet ("rebeet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the rebeet online gaming platform accessible at rebeet.net, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, games, betting markets, promotions, and customer support services.

By creating a rebeet account, accessing the platform, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any rebeet service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all rebeet products and services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo rooms, fishing games, and all promotions offered on the rebeet platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the rebeet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while the account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and in accordance with PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities is 21 years. rebeet strictly enforces this requirement.
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal, or you are accessing rebeet from the Philippines as a legal resident or visitor.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of rebeet or its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by rebeet, PAGCOR, or any other recognised responsible gaming authority.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

rebeet employs age verification procedures during the registration process and may request additional documentary verification — such as a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or Driver's License) — at any point during the account's lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access rebeet's full range of gaming and betting services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all rebeet accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active rebeet account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and promptly update this information whenever it changes. rebeet is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rebeet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. rebeet recommends enabling two-factor authentication via SMS OTP to your registered Globe or Smart mobile number.
• Notification of unauthorised access: You must notify rebeet immediately via live chat if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your rebeet account or any other security breach.
• Account non-transferability: Your rebeet account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

rebeet reserves the right to conduct identity and address verification checks at any time, including at the point of withdrawal, as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Players who fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal requests delayed or suspended pending the outcome of the verification process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rebeet platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). rebeet supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your rebeet account in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet are typically credited within 1 to 3 banking hours. rebeet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review prior to processing. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 3 to 5 minutes on average following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 banking days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

rebeet reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, rebeet will notify the affected player and provide an opportunity to respond within a reasonable timeframe before any final determination is made.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

rebeet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and event-based promotions timed around Philippine holidays and sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering (turnover) requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. rebeet reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, payment method, geographic location, or other criteria at its sole discretion.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your rebeet account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Expiry: All bonuses and any associated free spins have an expiry period as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings not wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from the account.
• Misuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated play between players — will result in bonus cancellation, withdrawal of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.

rebeet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and in progress by eligible players.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games, live dealer titles, bingo rooms, fishing games, and sports betting markets available on rebeet are governed by individual game rules provided within the game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any wager.

rebeet's casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by its licensed game providers. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. rebeet does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are determined solely by the underlying certified RNG or physical game process.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, rebeet will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state prior to the malfunction. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rebeet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with rebeet games or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic strategies specifically designed to exploit rebeet's bonus structures
• Collusion with other players, including sharing information about game states in live dealer or multiplayer environments
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using rebeet to process proceeds of any unlawful activity
• Attempting to access rebeet's systems, databases, or network infrastructure without authorisation
• Engaging in any conduct that rebeet reasonably determines to be detrimental to the platform, its other players, or its business operations

rebeet employs sophisticated fraud detection, behavioural analysis, and AML monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Players identified as engaging in prohibited activities will have their accounts reviewed and appropriate action taken in accordance with these Terms and applicable Philippine law.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

rebeet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where urgent action is warranted:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without prior engagement with rebeet support
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the player or a third party with legal standing to do so
• A legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation requiring rebeet to restrict or close the account

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, rebeet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for non-breach reasons, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method following identity verification.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rebeet platform — including but not limited to the rebeet brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rebeet or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rebeet platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any rebeet content
• Use rebeet's trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any rebeet software or technical systems
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the rebeet platform on any other website or platform

Any unauthorised use of rebeet's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rebeet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the rebeet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or wagered funds due to technical failure, network interruption, or third-party service outage
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider, banking institution, or network conditions
• Any inaccuracy in game odds, market prices, or sports data caused by third-party data feed errors
• Decisions made by you based on content, promotions, or communications provided by rebeet

rebeet's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in your rebeet account at the time the claim arises, or ₱50,000, whichever is lower. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

rebeet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations as administered by the National Privacy Commission.

By registering a rebeet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data is used for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications relating to rebeet's products and promotions.

rebeet does not sell your personal data to third parties. 12 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments to Terms

rebeet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to applicable Philippine law or regulations, changes in rebeet's products or services, feedback from the player community, or operational requirements of the platform.

Where a material change to these Terms is made, rebeet will notify registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the rebeet platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of rebeet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the rebeet platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is dated with its effective date for your reference.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

rebeet and the player agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine judicial or arbitral forum. Nothing in this clause prevents rebeet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
